b i o :
I have been drawing, painting, and making images ever since I could hold a pencil. Art is my passion – it is the thing I enjoy doing most. Last year I participated in the AP Studio Art course with Ms. Gruben, and I am currently in the AP Digital Art course taught by Mr. Doyle. My primary artistic interest is illustrative and comic art. I am very inspired by manga (Japanese comics) and individually published comics by artists like Bryan O’Malley, Corey Lewis, Becky Cloonan, Vasislis Lolos, and many others. I am currently working as a freelance designer and illustrator. I hope to further pursue my study of graphic and communications design in college.
