The one thing I love about photography is that it allows
me to temporarily disengage myself from the excitement going on around
me, just to observe. At times I feel that I can appreciate a moment
more when watching as an outsider, rather than being a part of it.
Photography not only allows me to truly appreciate these moments, but
also allows me to capture them. I typically only take pictures of
people in candid scenes rather than setting up different portraits. You
can not stage emotions as beautifully as they are in their natural
state of being.
