I have always been interested in art but because i have played the violin since i was 5 years old, i didn't get the chance to take classes. After deciding to apply as an architect major, i had to get a portfolio together. I took a digital imaging class and a studio class over the summer and fell in love. The studio class made me think that i only liked working with my hands, regardless of the medium. However, after learning about digital art and learning photoshop, i love working with computers just as much. I am now in a digital art tutorial and i am really enjoying it. I have made 6 pieces that are all very different from each other. I love art because there is no right or wrong way to create it. It is all interpretive and although it might be made with a certain concept in mind, someone else might see another concept. Art, therefore, has endless meanings and that is very interesting to me.
